• 1 point if you touch ground inside the opponent’s court
• 3 points if you touch the opponent’s net

How to Play

Only 3 seconds of possession with the disc in your hand. Maximum 2 steps or swing on one foot to throw. A total of 2 passes between the players to throw to the opposite field.
